Performance marketing & analytics

Your ads are spending.
I find what's leaking.

I'm Fokhrul Islam. I help brands turn ad spend into revenue by fixing tracking, targeting, and conversion bottlenecks.

What I do

  • Local Business Growth
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook Ads
  • GA4 & Conversion Tracking
  • Web Analytics
  • Conversion Rate Optimization
  • AI Automation

The problem

Most local ad budgets leak
before anyone notices.

The spend is visible. The loss isn't. In almost every account I open, the money is going somewhere the owner can't see — and the reporting says everything is fine.

The tracking is lying

A form fires twice. A phone call is never recorded. GA4 was installed but never configured. You are optimising toward a number that isn't real, so every decision after it is wrong.

The clicks aren't buyers

Broad match and loose audiences bring volume, not intent. You pay for people outside your service area, outside your price range, and outside your opening hours.

The landing page loses them

The ad does its job and the page undoes it — slow, vague, no proof, no obvious next step. Traffic was never the bottleneck; the twenty seconds after the click were.

Services

Six ways I move the number.

Each of these is a discipline in its own right. They compound when one person owns all of them — because the tracking, the targeting and the page stop contradicting each other.

Google Ads Management

Search campaigns built around what people type when they're ready to buy — tight match types, real negatives, and geography that matches where you actually work.

  • Search
  • Performance Max
  • Local
  • Negatives

Meta Ads That Convert

Facebook and Instagram campaigns for demand you have to create, not just capture — creative angles, audience testing, and a clean Conversions API signal behind it.

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • CAPI
  • Creative testing

GA4 & Conversion Tracking

The foundation everything else stands on. Events defined properly, calls and forms captured, server-side where it matters — so the numbers you report are the numbers that happened.

  • GA4
  • GTM
  • Server-side
  • Call tracking

Web Analytics & Reporting

One dashboard that answers one question: is this making money? No vanity charts, no forty-tab PDF — the handful of numbers that should change a decision, and what to do when they move.

  • Looker Studio
  • Attribution
  • Cohorts

Conversion Rate Optimization

The cheapest growth available: the same traffic, converting better. Session review, friction removal, and tests that run long enough to actually mean something.

  • A/B testing
  • Heatmaps
  • Forms
  • Page speed

AI Automation

The follow-up that used to not happen. Leads answered in seconds, enquiries routed and qualified, reporting assembled on its own — so the pipeline keeps moving while you're on a job.

  • Lead response
  • Routing
  • Reporting
  • Workflows

How I work

Measure first. Then spend.

Scaling an account you can't measure just loses money faster. So the order is always the same, and step one is never "increase the budget".

Audit

I open the accounts and find where the money actually goes — wasted spend, broken events, and the gap between reported and real leads.

Track

Tracking gets rebuilt before anything is optimised: GA4 events, call and form capture, and a definition of "a lead" everyone agrees on.

Scale

With a signal worth trusting, budget moves toward what converts — campaign by campaign, geography by geography, offer by offer.

Automate

The repeatable parts stop needing a human: instant lead response, qualification, routing, and reporting that builds itself.

Selected work

The receipts, not the adjectives.

Six accounts across Google Ads, Meta and owned channels — with the dashboard each number came from. Open any card for the full breakdown. Client names stay out of it; the figures don't.

Every figure above is visible in the dashboard screenshot on its card. Happy to walk through the live accounts on a call.

Accountability

Judge me on these.

Not impressions, not reach, not "engagement". These are the four numbers I report on and the ones I expect to be held to.

Return

ROAS

Revenue produced for every unit of ad spend — the headline number.

Efficiency

CPA

What one real, qualified lead costs you — not one form submission.

Conversion

CVR

Share of visitors who take the action. Where CRO earns its keep.

Blended

MER

Total revenue against total spend — the number that can't be gamed.

About

I work with owners,
not marketing departments.

Most of the businesses I help don't have a marketing team. They have an owner who is already doing the work, already answering the phone, and now also responsible for a Google Ads account nobody explained.

That's the gap I fill. I take the whole chain — the ads, the tracking, the landing page, the follow-up — and make it one system that reports honestly. You get one person who understands all of it, and one number that tells you whether it's working.

I'd rather tell you the account needs less budget and better tracking than take a bigger retainer and let it leak quietly. That tends to make the first conversation short and useful.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Wasted spend can usually be cut in the first couple of weeks — that part is fast because it's subtraction. Tracking rebuilds take a little longer, and meaningful CRO results need enough traffic to be confident rather than lucky. I'd rather give you a real timeline after seeing the account than a number now.
No. Small budgets benefit most from tight tracking, because there's no room to waste. If your spend is genuinely too low for paid ads to make sense yet, I'll say so — that's a cheaper answer for both of us.
I do. You deal with me directly — there's no account manager relaying messages to someone you've never met. That's the main reason I keep the number of clients deliberately small.
Always. Ad accounts, GA4, Tag Manager and every dashboard stay in your ownership, under your billing. I get access to them; I don't hold them. If we stop working together, nothing has to be rebuilt.
Unglamorous, useful things: a lead that gets an answer in seconds instead of the next morning, enquiries sorted and routed before you read them, and reports that assemble themselves. It removes the follow-up that quietly doesn't happen when you're busy.

Next step

Let's look at where
your budget is going.

A short call, your accounts on screen, and an honest read on what's working and what isn't. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you on that call rather than after an invoice.

Replies come from me, not a form autoresponder.
